ReportPull Privacy Policy

Overview

ReportPull is a browser extension developed by MW Interactive that allows users to export tables and tabular reports from websites to Excel (XLSX) and CSV files.

1. Website and report content

ReportPull reads and processes website content only when necessary to provide its export functionality.

This may include:

• tables and tabular data visible on the current website,
• report data returned by website APIs,
• table headers and column names,
• pagination information,
• URLs or paths necessary to identify a report configuration.

Report and website contents are processed locally in the user's browser.

ReportPull does not send the contents of exported reports, tables, API responses, or individual report records to MW Interactive servers.

2. Browsing information

ReportPull may locally use the current website origin and path to identify a report and restore saved export settings for that report.

This information is stored locally in the browser using Chrome extension storage.

ReportPull does not send the user's browsing history or list of visited report pages to MW Interactive servers.

3. Local settings

ReportPull stores certain settings locally in the browser, including:

• selected language,
• export format preferences,
• saved column configuration,
• renamed columns,
• column order,
• chart configuration,
• Full API Data preference,
• Free-plan usage counters,
• local license state and installation identifier.

Saved report configurations contain configuration metadata only.

ReportPull does not intentionally store the contents of exported report rows in Chrome extension storage.

4. Licensing

ReportPull communicates with the MW Interactive licensing backend to:

• check whether ReportPull PRO is active,
• create a purchase session,
• activate a license after purchase,
• restore an existing license.

Licensing requests may include a randomly generated installation identifier and information necessary to determine the license status.

Report contents are not included in licensing requests.

5. Payments

Payments for ReportPull PRO are processed by Stripe.

Payment card information is entered directly into Stripe's payment interface and is not collected or stored by ReportPull or MW Interactive.

Stripe processes payment information according to Stripe's own privacy policy and terms.

6. Remote code

ReportPull does not download or execute remote JavaScript or WebAssembly.

All executable extension code is included in the extension package distributed through the Chrome Web Store.

Remote requests may be used for licensing, payments, report-related network data required by the user's export action, and static resources such as images.

7. Data sharing and sale

MW Interactive does not sell ReportPull user data.

ReportPull does not transfer report contents to third parties.

Information required to complete a payment may be processed by Stripe.

Data is not used for credit scoring or lending purposes.

8. Advertising and tracking

ReportPull does not use report contents for advertising.

ReportPull does not track the contents of reports across websites for advertising or profiling purposes.

9. Permissions

ReportPull requires browser permissions necessary to detect and export reports from websites selected by the user.

These permissions are used only to provide ReportPull's table and report export functionality.

10. Data security

ReportPull is designed to keep report processing local whenever possible.

License-related communication with MW Interactive servers uses HTTPS.

11. Changes to this policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated when ReportPull functionality or legal requirements change.

The current version will always be available at this URL.
