Public data

Public data sources

The app uses public registers and map services, including GUGiK / Geoportal, the Urban Planning Register, GUNB, Wody Polskie, PIG-PIB, GIOŚ, GDOŚ, MKiŚ, GAZ-SYSTEM and OpenStreetMap as a fallback source in selected categories.

Data scope and availability depend on location and on the current state of individual registers.

Report packs

Report packs

The app includes 1 free report after installation. Additional reports can be purchased in packs inside the app.

Each purchased pack is valid for 2 months. Packs are stored locally on the device. Uninstalling the app or clearing its data removes unused reports and they cannot be restored.

Planned Polish Play Console configuration: 1 report - 10.99 PLN, 5 reports - 25.99 PLN, 10 reports - 39.99 PLN, 50 reports - 119.99 PLN. Prices in Google Play may vary depending on country and store settings.

It can show available public utility layers such as water, sewage, gas, electricity and telecommunications.

Can I check local plans and the general municipal plan?

Yes, where public planning registers expose usable data for the selected location.

Does Skan Okolicy show land sale prices?

It can use property sale price data (RCN) where local data is available and complete enough.

Does the report show flood risk?

Yes, where public flood hazard data is available for the selected area.

Can I compare two parcels?

Saved parcel analyses can be compared in the app.

Does a saved report work offline?

Saved analyses and local PDF files can be reopened without fetching the same report again.

Does the report replace official documents?

No. It is informational and does not replace official or specialist checks.

How long are purchased reports valid?

Each purchased report pack is valid for 2 months from purchase.

What happens after uninstalling the app?

Unused local report packs are removed with app data and cannot be restored.
