PIKO TRAILS
Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 29, 2026
1. App and developer
This policy applies to the Android game Piko Trails (package com.mwinteractive.pikotrails). The developer and contact for privacy matters is MW Interactive / Usługi Informatyczne Marek Wieleba, Rzeszów, Poland, support@mwinteractive.com.
The game works offline. It has no in-app account, login or developer-operated backend. Online connections are used by Google services for ads and, where a purchase is available, Google Play Billing. The current development build uses Google's test ad unit IDs; purchase availability depends on Google Play product configuration.
2. Data processed by the app
The game records gameplay progress and choices on your device to run the game and remember your preferences. It does not send this game save to an MW Interactive server. When ads are requested, Google Mobile Ads SDK may collect the device's IP address (which can indicate approximate location), app and ad interactions such as app launches, taps and video views, diagnostic and performance information, and device identifiers including the Android advertising ID and app set ID where available. Google's SDK may also use applicable account-related identifiers. The game does not itself request precise location or access to photos, contacts, messages, microphone or camera.
For an optional Google Play purchase or restoration, the app receives the product identifier and purchase status needed to unlock the item. Payment and order processing occurs through Google Play. The app does not receive card numbers or other payment method details.
3. Data kept locally
Progress, unlocked worlds, scores, medals, bonus route records, introductory and completion flags, difficulty, auto-run preference, language, music and sound settings, and a purchased-item entitlement flag are stored in Android app storage. They are not uploaded to our own server. Clearing the app's storage or uninstalling it normally removes this local copy; an Android device backup, if enabled by the user and operating system, may handle app data under Google's separate settings.
4. Google AdMob ads
Piko Trails integrates Google AdMob for banners in menus and other non-playing screens, interstitial ads between runs, and optional rewarded ads at natural breaks. Ads are not displayed during an active level. An available “Remove Ads” purchase turns off these ad placements after its entitlement is recognized. While ads are active, the Google Mobile Ads SDK may collect and share the technical and interaction data listed in section 2 with Google for ad delivery, measurement, analytics and fraud prevention. An IP-derived approximate location is not GPS or precise location.
Advertising ID availability and ad personalization depend on Android and Google settings and legal requirements in your region. The current development build does not include an in-game consent screen. You can reset or delete the advertising ID in Android settings. See Google Mobile Ads SDK data disclosure, Google advertising information and the Google Privacy Policy.
5. Google Play purchases
The game integrates Google Play Billing for optional one-time digital items, including “Remove Ads” where offered. The current code also contains a bonus-worlds product, but bonus content is unlocked by default in the development configuration; this does not mean that product is currently for sale. Google Play handles checkout, payment information, receipts and purchase records. The app queries product availability, starts the Google Play purchase flow, receives purchase or restore status and product ID, acknowledges completed purchases, and saves only the resulting entitlement flag locally. Google may provide transaction summaries and order identifiers to the developer in Play Console for sales and refunds. No purchase token, order ID or payment card details are stored on an MW Interactive server because there is no such server. Google may retain transaction information under its own policy. See Google Play Terms and the Google Privacy Policy.
6. Sharing with third parties
We do not sell or send local gameplay saves to third parties. The ads SDK transmits the data described above to Google as the advertising provider. Purchase requests and purchase status are exchanged with Google Play as the store and payment provider. If you choose the in-game link to other MW Interactive apps, Google Play opens and processes that visit under its own policy. We do not operate a separate analytics, crash reporting or user-profile service in this game.
7. Retention and security
Local game data remains on the device until app data is cleared or the app is uninstalled, subject to device backup settings. Google determines retention for ad and Play transaction data under its policies. Google states that data collected by the Mobile Ads SDK is encrypted in transit using TLS. We do not maintain a remote game-data database or a developer account profile for players.
8. Children and age
The game does not ask for a date of birth or create a child profile. We do not knowingly request children's contact details or other directly identifying information. Ads and Google Play purchases are subject to Google and platform age, family and parental-control settings. A parent or guardian with a privacy concern can contact us at the address below.
9. Your choices, rights and contact
You can play offline, change game settings in the app, clear local data through Android settings, and manage the advertising ID and relevant ad choices through Android or Google settings. Removing local data does not itself remove a Google Play purchase record. For questions or privacy-rights requests concerning data under our control, email support@mwinteractive.com. For Google's ads or purchases, use the controls and privacy tools provided by Google.
10. Changes
We may update this policy when the game, its SDKs or legal requirements change. The updated text and date will appear at this URL. This page concerns the game; use the separate website privacy policy for information about visiting mwinteractive.com.
