What the app does

Skan Okolicy analyzes a selected location or parcel and its surroundings using public data sources. The user can select a place on the map or choose a feature based on the phone's current location.

Device location is used only when the user chooses a location-based action and grants Android location permission. The audited Android manifest declares Internet, approximate location and precise location permissions.

Public data requests

To perform an analysis, the app may send coordinates or a small area around the selected parcel to public data services only to the extent needed to obtain the report result.

These services may include categories such as public administration / Geoportal, spatial planning, environment, geological data, construction data and OpenStreetMap fallback data in selected categories. Availability and scope depend on location and the current state of the registers.

Local reports, photos and notes

Report snapshots, saved analyses, map measurements, annotations and selected or captured photos are stored locally on the device. The audited app stores saved reports in the app's local no-backup area and does not provide an MW Interactive backend for parcel report storage.

Photos are chosen through Android system photo picking or captured with a camera intent. The app creates optimized local copies for the report and recompresses the image pixels rather than preserving original EXIF/GPS metadata.

PDF reports are generated locally. The user decides whether to save, open or share the PDF. Sharing uses the Android share sheet; after the user chooses another app or storage location, that destination handles the file under its own rules.

Report packs and Google Play Billing

Skan Okolicy uses Google Play Billing for consumable report packs. Purchases are not subscriptions. MW Interactive does not receive the user's payment card number or full payment credentials.

The audited local model stores report balance, pack history, pending purchase intent, purchase tokens and processed transaction records locally in app data. Each purchased pack is valid for 2 months.

Report packs are stored locally on the device. Uninstalling the app or clearing app data removes unused reports and they cannot be restored. Google Play may process purchase, payment and device data according to Google's own policies.

Telemetry, ads and diagnostics

The audited Skan Okolicy source did not show Firebase Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics, Google Mobile Ads / AdMob, Sentry, App Center or a custom MW Interactive launch telemetry client.

The app may still process technical data required by Android, Google Play Billing, Google Play in-app review and public data services when those features are used.

Retention and deletion

Local app data remains until the user deletes a saved report, clears app data in Android settings or uninstalls the app. PDF files saved to Downloads remain there until the user deletes them.

MW Interactive cannot remotely delete local parcel reports because the audited app does not upload them to an MW Interactive report backend.

Important limitations

Skan Okolicy is informational. It does not replace official documents, legal analysis, surveying, design work or specialist expert opinions. Missing information in a source does not mean that a given phenomenon does not exist.

This policy may be updated when app features, third-party services or legal requirements change. The current version will include the latest update date at the top of this page.
