What to include in a support request

• extension version,
• browser and browser version,
• exact issue description,
• the test page address or at least the page type,
• reproduction steps,
• whether the problem affects HTML export, ZIP export, screenshots or recording.

How to check the extension version

Open the browser extension page, find ReproSnap, and verify the version number shown in the extension details.

How to export a report

Reproduce the issue, finish diagnostics, open the report and choose Lightweight HTML or ZIP. The report is not sent to support automatically - the user decides whether to share it and how.

Voluntary support

Support is completely optional, renews monthly until cancelled, and does not unlock any additional ReproSnap features.

Manage or cancel support. Payments are processed by Stripe on a Stripe-hosted page.

Important warning

Do not send files containing confidential information without reviewing them first. Screenshots, response bodies and recordings may still contain visible business or personal data.

Common issues

• the extension may require a page refresh after a new origin permission is granted,
• it cannot operate on chrome:// pages and other browser-protected surfaces,
• recording requires an explicit user action,
• iframes may limit capture fidelity,
• video is available in ZIP, not in Lightweight HTML,
• clearing the buffer or local history removes local data, but not files already exported to disk.
